Opticalperspectivearchitecture Consultancy is jg Co. & communications independent architecture design & consultancy.
The building environment are composed by a series of activities and process.
Mostly one’s who wishes to design a house or any other type of building, are responsible to find out all the other necessary professionals to carry out the necessary steps to design & built.
Sometimes a Project Manager are employed, others prefer a Builder while still others prefer Architecture practices who are also responsible and able to carry the whole project development.
Whatever it is a Project Manager, a Builder or an Architecture practice, they must find out what the client really wants to design & consequently built. This process has 5 stages development.
1st stage: Design (consider by many the visionary stage of the project) the client ideas & wills are presented & discussed with the consultancy expert who assist the client with its conceptual idea of the project. With the site measurements given, the consultancy design through drawings & models the concept of the building. Doing so they find an agreement with the client to carry it out to its next stage);
2nd stage: Technical Language (the conceptual design developed by the client and his/her choosen architect or consultancy practice is forward to the technical staff who estimates & produces technical plan, sections and elevations of the design. Many technical practices these days can produce a virtual 3d model of the entire design as well);
3rd stage: Resources management (here it is designed the resources needed to built the specific project, measurements are also carry at this stage);
4th stage: Resources specification (at this stage, licencing, permits, finance & costs, material & contractors (works) are specified;
5th stage: Time schedule The time frame and scheduled to completed the design.

jg co. & communications Director has been away studying & practicing Zen Budhism for the the last 5 weeks.
A lovely experience which enrich his practice & insights. The output of his experiences will be a written book called:
‘A Single Drop into the Unconsciousness –
The Ultimate Reality & the New Us’ by Baron Feather Pen
The book will be simply a ‘single drop’ into the contemporary debate of science, psychology & well being. Influenced by the writings of Albert Camus, Franz Kafka, Michael Foucault, Carl Gustav Jung, Albert Einstein & Thich Nhat Hanh, it will be an attempt to share ideas & views for the present time.
We also would like to in a state of gratitude to thank you all who have been supportive throughout the whole of 2011 year so far. Your trust is our commitment.

eleven11+ plus 88 cities tour re-schedule plan
Virus Attack! Interactive Sessions
eleven11+ plus tensile mobile structure is no more.
jg Co. & communications re-schedule & re-design the whole tour activity & its now called: ‘eleven11+ plus 88 cities tour – Virus Attack! – Interactive Sessions’.
‘A virus which, with its own ambiguity, also brings cure….’
Inspired by Stella Artois Film in the Park, where films were projected into screens in Parks around London in the late 90′s & also from ISDN – FSOL Future Sound of London 90′s tour, eleven11+ plus, 88 cities tour will also be screened around open spaces parks throughout Brazil’s beautiful & contradictory landscape.
These places will be selected when jg Co. & communications Director will be travelling Brazil with the project activity: ‘The Rainbow Trail – 88 cities tour infrastructure & research pilot studies’.
The 88 cities tour sessions will be streamed live from London – S3 sonicsciencestudios.
Pocket Full of Dreams which had once the idea of touring around London, is also no more.
After 2011, long year of jgency creative unresponsive venues contacts, it will also be a live stream sessions, our pre-production guide towards what will be eleven11+ plus 88 cities tour.
Pocket Full of Dreams rather than be screened throughout open spaces Parks it will be eleven11 – 30 minutes web cast sessions, which will be compile to become a DVD as part of eleven11+ plus project activity.
These new activities will aloud us, jg Co. & communications to carry our work as we have previously planned. Independent & live.
New times, new designs, new productions, new ideas.
S5 sonicsciencestudiossoundsystem is the Pa system & live screen applications from jg Co. & communications, which will travel the 88 cities with our team of dedicate sound engineers & technology experts.
jg Co. & communications Director adopted this change for a better use of jg Co. & communications resources, eleven11 + plus project investment.
While jg Co. & communications will invest at S3 sonicsciencestudios as a music studio, we will extend its premises as a stage for live broadcast sessions & interviews.
In the future jg Co. & communications will invite favourite artists for live sessions & interviews with jg co. & communications Director & first artist in residence himself.
The S3 sonicsciencestudios live stage interviews was also an influence from Marc Bolan & his late 70′s Tv Programme called: ‘Marc’ ——-
We will with the investment of S5 sonicsciencestudiossoundsystem Pa & screening, after the event activities, as part of jhey! gi foundation donate it for a choosen community from one of the 88 cities, to use, as a mean of offering them an alternative to provide income, as they will be able to offer the services of a live PA system.
We are still working on many details but the ‘new’ core activities of the project is as it was described & we are happy with the new results.
It is a much less expensive project & much more contemporary for jg Co. & communications ideals of an independent practice.
Now we are working with ‘A thousand pieces Campaign’ to articulate the finance of the eleven11+ plus project first stage activities. Donations are also welcome.

Give Tibet their Independence Campaign is an appeal to the United Nations countries & citizens of Europa, Africa, Americas, India, Oceanic countries, The Middle East, Baltic countries, Asians, Arabic countries to request China peacefully & diplomatic to retreat & give Tibet their independence as soon as possible.
The amount of violence of Chinese against Tibetans citizens & monks is a violation against the human rights.
We must intervene & find a solution for a peaceful world. Tibetans sustainable way of living preserve resources & China invasion to explore it is also an environmental issue.
We understand the implications of such an act & we must find ways to be sustainable in the world without relying on China.
Violence against monks who doesn’t kill even an ant is an absurd and a cultural violence to the tradition of Budhism.
jg co. & communications humbly take this opportunity to manifest our sadness about an issue which is happening since jg co. & communications Director childhood, let’s together help Tibet, their independence & peace.
China violence against Tibetans is just an example of an authoritary regime which again is an act of violence against the history of the West, tired of authoritarism.

eleven11+ plus 88 cities tour
eleven11+ plus ‘tensile mobile structure installation’ activity is no more. It was a decision from jg co. & communications last ESAR Evaluation & Self Assessmenr Report 2010 – 2011.
A new 88 cities tour activity has been designed, a more appropriate & relevant activity to our development as an independent practice.
To contact each respective city local venues is not our intention since the tensile mobile structure installation which was an activity primarily designed to offer respective communities an ‘alternative’ to local venues. The new activity still follows the same principle.
We’ll soon, post the details of the new 88 cities tour designed activity, we are again very happy with the new results as we did with the tensile mobile structure installation, we understand things changes and the changes is no one faults, our job is to find the most appropriate solution.
Fortunately design is not a problem for us as a practice and we hope this tme everything will be all right.
The new activity is an extension of Pocket Full of Dreams, L2 ‘el square’ London tour which are the activity we are currently working at moment.

ESAR- Evaluation & Self Assessment Report: 2010 – 2011.
The main caracteristic of the last ESAR is that jg co. & communications is no longer looking for sponsorship. A 1000 pieces campaign which aims to genereate funds for eleven11+ plus project are more related with jg co. & communications as a creative practice.
The amount of time required for a sponsorship proposal/application is of better use as we concentrate in the quality of the pieces.
The sponsorship opportunity is still available only if an enterprise is interested and jg co. & communications ethnical policies accepted as opposed to forward a proposal which we have been doing for the last 4 years.
Another change is that the ‘tensile mobile structure installation activity’ will also no longer be an element of eleven11 + plus project. Instead jg co. & communications will manage another activity for the 88 cities live sets instead of local venues since the tensile mobile structure was an approach to design a space as an alternative to the local venues of the respective cities.
jg co. & communications have been unable to manage the issues of the ‘tensile mobile structure installation activity‘ at moment as previously designed. As an example, the tensile mobile structure company was requested for an interior view of the structure last year, it was postpone for this summer, the summer has gone & the tensile mobile strucure company did not contact us.
To avoid conflict this activity will be postpone to a future activity on its own and to a time when we are with a better, more trustful, less doubtful team and better able to manage it as previously designed. The experience of time will be the decision factor about whatever we are going to work through the ‘tensile mobile structure installation activity‘ in the future or not.
InD! Bow Tick & it’s merchandise will be a virtual store while the 88 cities circuit research has no change. It was added an installation exhibition of the final research at each of the 88 cities & other cities of the world. Pencil On Its Own Leonard Frankstein drawings exhibition will become an extra activity on its own and will also , no longer be part of eleven11+ plus project and Pocket Full of Dreams was added as an activity of eleven11+ plus project. An inner London tour which is our working activity at moment.
These changes reduced the costs, facilitates jg co. & communications management & will offer a better experience for whom participate.

A Football Kick by Leonard Frankstein
‘A Football Kick’ is Leonard Frankstein ‘new’ Interior Collectable design. Designed for children bedroom it is also a limited edition piece for : ‘A thousand pieces campaign’, a campaign to sell Leonard Frankstein designs (limited to a 1000 pieces) to raise funds for the first stage of eleven11+ plus project, jg co. & communications present activity.
