The objects of the Company are established as:

a) the advancement of the education, training or retraining, work experience provision of the public and the creation of employment opportunities for young people, the elderly, career change professionals, refugees, asylum seekers or the socially disadvantage, by the provision of workspace in such ways as may be thought fit for use on favorable terms;

b) to develop the capacity and skills of students, young people, members of the socially disadvantage communities in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully in society;

c) to promote the relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public in such ways as may be thought fit, including the provision of working experience opportunities which aims to assist the individual gain experience to find a full time employment of his choice;

c) the promotion for the benefit of the public at large of urban regeneration schemes in areas of social and economic deprivation operating either as front-line bodies or co-coordinating bodies depending on its specific project by all or any of the following means:

c1) the provision of housing for those who are in conditions of need and the improvement of housing in the public sector in a socially orientated non-governmental programme, provided that such power shall not extend to relieving any local authorities or others bodies of a statutory duty to provide or improve housing;

c2) the maintenance, improvement or provision of public amenities among the socially disadvantage communities;

c3) the preservation of buildings or sites of historic or architectural importance among the socially disadvantage communities;

d) to support projects in the below categories d1) to d6):

d1) to advance the education of the public concerning renewable energy or energy from nature which does not harm the environment or future generations, by example or others means;

d2) to advance the education of the public concerning pollution and the environment, by example or others means;

d3) to promote the protection of the natural environment;

d4) to advance the education of the public, company employees, associates, partners and clients in conservation matters;

d5) to promote the conservation of our heritage and archeological evidence for the benefit of future generations;

d6) to provide maintain or improve roads and accessibility to main transport routes;

e) to promote the collection, release and dissemination of the works produce within the company and to organize and to promote as appropriate, affiliate members (trainees) in securing professional status which will assist them in discharging their duties;

f) to promote for the benefit and assistance of the pubic at large in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have the need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances in the interests of social welfare and with the interests of improving the condition of life;

g) to advance the education and training of those granted refugee status and their dependents in need thereof so as to advance them in life and assist them to adapt within a new community;

h) to promote for the benefit of the public and its neighborhood by the provision of apprenticeship opportunities with the provision to work as mediation and conciliation between victims of crime and offenders, with a view to the preservation of public order and for the preservation and protection of the well being of such victims and the rehabilitation of such offenders to promote good citizenship and greater public participation in the prevention and solution of crime;

i) to relief the distress of poverty, financial hardship among disadvantage children (specially orphans or without residential homes), widows and the elderly, either generally or individually by providing such persons with goods/services which they could not otherwise afford through lack of means by making grants of money for providing or paying for items, services or facilities;

j) to promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection, education and improvement of the physical and natural environment;

k) to establish, promote, maintain and advance art galleries for the benefit of the public;

l) to promote and protect the relief of sickness, the physical, mental and poor health amongst the public at large by providing a local broadcasting service for hospitals, residential homes and similar institutions;

m) to purchase, take on lease or in exchange, hire or otherwise acquire real or personal property and rights or privileges necessary for the promotion of its objects and/or to construct , maintain and alter buildings and erections necessary for the work of the company;

n) subject to such consents as may be required by law, to sell, let, mortgage, dispose of or turn to account all or any of the property or assets of the Company as may be thought expedient with a view to the promotion of its objects;

o) subject to such consents as may be required by law , to borrow or raise money for the purpose of the company on such terms and on such security as may be thought fit;

p) to established and support or aid in the establishment and support of any Charity, Association or Institution and to subscribe or guarantee any money for charitable purposes in any way connected with the purposes of the Company or calculated to further its objects;

q) to accept any gift or property whether or not subject to any special Trust to any one or more of the objects of the Company;

r) to acquire from any Sovereign State or Authority in any part of the world decrees, rights, powers, privileges, grants, concessions whatsoever which the Company may seem necessary for the carrying out of its objects or any of them;

s) to establish, acquire, dispose of, invent, design, develop, construct, demolish, produce, test, alter, maintain, repair, operate, use, manage, supply or otherwise deal with:

s1) equipment for communications of any kind and anything capable of being used for, in connection with or ancillary to any of these things;

s2) equipment, facilities, products and recordings used or designed for use for receiving, transmitting, making, producing, recording, replaying or reproducing in any way, programmes, sounds, visual images and signals of any kind;

s3) orbiting equipment and vessels and means of transport of any kind and parts and accessories for any of these things;

s4) offices, exchanges, systems, repeater stations, radio stations, satellite tracking stations, earth stations, roads, railways and other structures, installations and facilities of any kind; or

s5) equipment, software and any other things or substances which jg co. & communications considers can be conveniently or advantageously dealt with in connection with any of jg co. & communications objects or the objects of any of its subsidiaries.

t) to do all such other things as shall further the attainment of the said objects or any of them. Provided always and it is hereby declared that the Company is established for carrying out its objects and its property, its rightful percentage income shall be held and applied for those purposes only and that all the objects and powers of the Company set fourth in this Memorandum shall be construed as limited by the foregoing terms of this provision which shall be treated as precedent in effect and as governing all the provisions of this Memorandum notwithstanding anything expressed or implied therein to the contrary provided that:

i) in case the Company shall take or hold any property which may be subject to any donator, the same should be a member and his/her donation is subject to the aim of the project and the Company shall only deal with or invest the same in such manner as allowed by law, having regard to such a member.

ii) the Company’s objects shall not extend to the regulation of relations between workers and employers or organizations of workers and organizations of employers.

iii) the Company shall take or hold any property; the Company shall not sell, mortgage or lease the same property without the authority, approval or consent as maybe required by law, and as regards any such property the Company’s Governing Body shall be chargeable for any such property that may come into their hands and shall be answerable and accountable for their own acts, receipts, neglects and defaults and for the due administration of such property in the same manner and to the same extent as they would have been if no incorporation had been effected, and the incorporation of the Company shall not diminish or impair any control or authority.

t) such others means as may from time to time be determined subject to the prior consent of the Company owner, founder, Director and artist in residence;
