It is the will of jg co. & communications founder that all of jg co. & communications artistic works assets to be used to finance  jg co. & communications private/non governmental social development plan.

jg co. & communications is a company which will not carry its activities are most of companies do after its founder passing the way. The company will be dissiminate leaving its  assets to  jhey gi foundation.

jg co. & communications Founder believes that a company dissemination after his passing  is a more sustainable approach.

Most great companies lost their original ideas when the original founder leaves the company, or passes away.

The business looses its briliance because the creative force is no more.

It then become an institution for share holders interests  loosing the  previous enjoyment of being part of a creative  enterprise.

‘I believe there is an organic element through the development of a project/business proposal. Business are mistaken when just though about profit/ income generation. It is necessary but it is really just a fraction of the whole process. It’s to me is art too. The art of  being in a business’.

We believe business are not only a source of finance but the art of delivery all kinds of services.

The foundation would be a management foundation. It would manage jg Co. & communications artistic assets to generate income towards the foundation objects.

Since the foundation would no more be a creative practice as jg Co. & communications used to be, it would partner then with creative practices, offering young enterprises opportunities & space to grow  with the intentions of their own generations.

The difficulties for business ‘start up’ to settle these days has mostly & in many cases  to do with the corporative approach ‘alliances’ with political parties before elections which results as an exchange  & favour mostly corporate interests only while subjudge the works of small companies.

That’s what we believe a NGO is, a neutral practice which as a business are concerned only with providing services. As a company jg Co. & communications does not have a right position or a left position as most of people does these days.

Each are right at some circunstances as they are also wrongin others, the dualism of life. That division only nourish conflict and division into our society because the amount of misery in the world today is a reflection of these conflicted views which has not over the decades solve the problem of harmony & well being into the world.

We hope political parties in power, does not use it influences against NGO we are basically doing the job thats has to be done.

All jg co. & communications  assets, copyrights, disciplines will be donated to whom jg co. & communications Director find along, across these beautiful path which we call life. The ones able to manage each respective discipline as part of : jhey gi foundation & who will keep jg co. & communications original approach to business.

The will in practice is actually the last activity of jg co. & communications as a creative company.
